Here's a few things to take care of before your visit.
Patch Testing
Semi-Permanent Make Up - You'll be receiving an email from our booking platform shortly asking where to send your patch test kit. Please fill this in when you get a chance so we can get it out to you in good time. Just keep in mind that any delays leading to extra costs or changes to your appointment will need to be covered on your end.
To receive your consultation form, we'll need a UK mobile number from you. If you didn't add one (or an email address) when you booked, just drop us a message at appointments@namuhouse.com and we'll get everything sorted for you.
If your appointment is tomorrow, we won't be able to get a kit to you in time by post.
You're welcome to pop into the studio for your patch test with prior written notice, or we can arrange a courier for you. Just bear in mind the courier cost will be down to you.
Lash Lifts - we do not send out patch testing kits for lash lifts and tints require an in-person visit to the studio with prior notice

We're located on the fifth floor, please make sure to use the lift!
Pre & Aftercare
We want you to get the absolute best from your treatment, and a big part of that comes down to how you prepare. Please have a good read through our pre and aftercare guidelines before your appointment so you're feeling ready.
If you've booked in anywhere else recently for skincare, dental, laser and you're not sure whether it might affect your treatment with us, it's always worth checking in with your treatment provider and giving us a heads up first. We'd hate for anything to get in the way of your results!
A Little Thought Starter from Us...
We're good - but we're not mind readers 😄
It's your face, and you absolutely will have thoughts about it. 'Natural' means something different to everyone, and that picture in your head? We want to see it. Take a few minutes before your appointment to think about what you actually want - here's a little nudge to get you started.
Brows
Think about shape and thickness. Do you want them to lift your face, or keep things soft and relaxed? Strong and defined, or more diffused and feathery? Going harder or softer than you have now?
Tip: even a screenshot from your camera roll is more useful to us than words. A picture is worth a thousand "just natural, you know?"
Lips
Colour and shape both matter. Neutral enhancement or something with more presence? Is it the shape you're after - fuller, more defined, more even - or really about the colour?
Tip: think about your everyday look. If you tend to reach for a specific lip colour, that tells us a lot.
Lash Lifts
Natural C Curl, as dramatic as possible?
Tip: Do you want to see your lashes or Really See them?
We're the professionals - but at the end of the day, it's your face.
Come with a vibe, a reference, or even just a gut feeling. We'll take it from there.

Reminders
You'll receive a reminder 72 hours and again 24 hours before your appointment, sent to you by both SMS and email. Just make sure you've added your mobile number and email address to your booking so these reach you.
